Each person has different type of body, and so shows varying reactions to a routine. While certain exercises are very effective for some, they are use for others. Few exercises can also be injurious and weaken the muscles in certain sections of population.

It is excellent for promoting muscle growth while still allowing sufficient time for the muscles to heal from the former workout. A great workout program to adopt is exercise 4 days in week one, and 3 in week two. This gives you a chance to rest for one day in midst of each workout.
